All 15 Districts Including Indore in A Grade in Redressal of Electricity Complaints in CM Helpline
Why In News?
- On November 21, 2022, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has given financial approval of Rs 993.51 crore for the construction of Phase 1-C of Jaipur Metro, taking an important decision in the direction of making the Metro facility more accessible to the residents of Jaipur.
Key Points
- Due to increase in consumer facilities, intensive supervision of power supply and daily review by the nodal officer in 15 districts, the power complaints coming to the CM Helpline 181 are being resolved quickly and in an acceptable manner.
- Amit Tomar, Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh PSEB, Indore said that getting 'A' grade confirms the work being done on time, according to rules and with satisfaction.
- At the company level in Malwa-Nimar, Chief General Manager Rinkesh Kumar Vaish and Joint Secretary Tarun Upadhyay review the redressal of complaints coming to the CM helpline daily.
- The Managing Director said that along with this, the officers of 15 districts also get the electricity problems and complaints resolved in their area in a timely manner.
- As per the parameters of CM Helpline 181, there is continuous improvement in the condition of the company since last 7 months in resolution of complaints. Earlier some districts were in 'B' category, now all fifteen districts are in 'A' category.
- In the latest released list, Shajapur, Indore, Agar-Malwa, Dhar, Jhabua, Alirajpur, Dewas, Khandwa, Khargone, Barwani, Burhanpur, Ratlam, Mandsaur, Neemuch and Ujjain districts have come in 'A' category.
