Vikramotsav-2021

On December 20, 2021, the three-day 'Vikramotsav-2021' focused on India's flourishing and re-awakening was inaugurated by Maharaja Vikramaditya Shodh Peeth with the presentation of the great drama 'Samrat Vikramaditya' in the Tribal Museum.

Shri Ram Tiwari, director of Maharaja Vikramaditya Shodhpeeth, said that the events centered on Emperor Vikramaditya have often been confined to Ujjain, whereas Vikram Kirti has been universal. With this view, Vikramotsav series is being brought out of Ujjain's park and brought to Bhopal for the first time.
Apart from Bhopal, this function series will also be organized at cultural centers like Pune, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Patna, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh etc.
Tiwari said that a series of lectures titled Bharat-Vikram has been started in Ujjain in the past, which will be organized in all the universities of Madhya Pradesh. This lecture series focused on India's Utkarsh and Renaissance is also planned to be organized in major cities of the country.
On the first day of Vikramotsav, Vishala Cultural and Lokhit Samiti, Ujjain under the direction of Sanjay Malviya presented the great drama 'Samrat Vikramaditya'. Two more plays will be performed in the Vikramotsav, which will continue for three consecutive days.

Senior journalist Dev Shrimali's book 'Bichde Kai Bari Bari' was released on December 20, 2021 in Mansarovar Auditorium of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly.

This book is based on the contribution of those journalists who have lost their lives during the discharge of their duty during the Corona period.
On this occasion, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Girish Gautam said that this book is a kind of story in itself. Dev Shrimali has written this book to keep the memory of Corona warriors forever.
The Speaker said that during the Corona period, many sections have played an important role in working together with the government, in which journalists are also prominent.
While the media played an important role in making the general public aware of Corona, on the other hand the government was also warned from time to time. Today Madhya Pradesh is in a much better position in Covid-19 vaccination and the media has also played its role in making it a mass campaign.

On December 20, 2021, the three-day 'Nirjharani Mahotsav' was launched by the Madhya Pradesh Government Culture Department in collaboration with the District Administration - Alirajpur.

Dedicated to the Amrit Mahotsav of 75^th Independence of the country and to express gratitude towards the memory of Amar Shaheed Chandrashekhar Azad and rivers, this festival is being organized in Rajwada campus from 20 to 22 December.
On 20^th December, cultural education arts center committee, Rewa presented a presentation on tribal Bhagoria dance, Korku tribal Gadli-Thapti dance, Malwa folk dance, Gond tribal Dhandar dance, Rathwa tribal dance of Gujarat. Apart from this, a focused presentation was also given on the play 'Gagan Damama Bajyo', the contribution of megastar Chandrashekhar Azad and Bhagat Singh in the freedom struggle.
On the second day on December 21, Bhil tribal dance, Nimar folk dance and forest resident Leela Natya Bhaktimati Shabari will be presented.
On the third day on December 22, Bhil tribal dance, Bhariya tribal Bhadam dance and Vanvasi Leela Natya Nishadraj Guhya will be performed.
