According to the information received from the media on June 19, 2023, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh honoured 8 personalities of the state in the Amar Ujala Uttarakhand conservation program.

    • Hemlata Kabadwal (Mukteshwar resident painter): Aipan art made by him got a place in the new Parliament House. He received this award for his remarkable contribution in the field of art and culture.
    • Divya Negi (Tehri resident youth speaker): Made a brilliant presentation on India's role on G-20 in the National Youth Parliament. She received this award for his remarkable contribution in the field of art and culture.
    • Babita Rawat (Farmer resident of Rudraprayag): He produced vegetables and mushrooms by ploughing 37,000 square feet of land. He received this award for his remarkable contribution in the field of innovation, environment, art and culture.
