East Zone Electricity Company Implemented Pension Management System

Pension Management System has been implemented with the objective of providing all the information related to pension to all the concerned officers and employees on a single platform on February 14, 2022, to the officers and employees retiring from Madhya Pradesh Poorva Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited.

With the implementation of the Pension Management System, now officers and employees will not have to make rounds of offices to get information related to pension cases. The process of pension determination has been made simple, transparent and automatic by the company.
From the submission of applications of officers and employees retiring from the company to the issuance of Pension Order (PO), Pension Payment Order (PPO), information will be available on the portal.
Approval of the application submitted in this system and issuance of order will be sent to the concerned pensioner through SMS.
A separate portal pms.mpez.co.in has been created for the pension management system. By logging on to it, complete information related to the pension case can be easily obtained.

Recently, all-rounder cricketer Mohammad Arshad Khan, resident of Gopalganj village of Seoni district of Madhya Pradesh has become a part of the Mumbai Indians team of IPL in the Mega Auction of the 15th season of IPL 2022 held in Bangalore.

Mumbai Indians have included Mohammad Arshad Khan in their team for a base price of Rs 20 lakh.
Arshad Khan joined the Ranji team of Madhya Pradesh in the same year.
He started playing cricket at the district level from the year 2006. In the year 2012, he became a part of the Under-16 team of Madhya Pradesh. After this he joined the Under-19 team in 2015. In the year 2017-18, he became a part of the Under-23 team.
Arshad took 36 wickets in 10 matches and also scored 400 runs in the Under-23 VK Naidu tournament organized by BCCI in the year 2020. Apart from this, he also performed well in the Vijay Hazare Trophy and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in the year 2020 itself.

Recently, the Indian Institute of Technology located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh has received a patent for the High Electron Mobility Transistor.

The High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT) is generally an OFF device, which can convert up to 4 amps of current and operate at 600 volts. HEMTs are used as digital on-off switches in integrated circuits.
HEMT transistors are able to operate at higher frequencies up to millimeter wave frequencies than ordinary transistors.
It will have the following benefits-

- in the manufacture of modern electronic equipment
- In low power amplifiers and the defense industry
- In high-frequency products, such as cell phones, satellite television receivers, voltage converters and radar equipment
