On November 11, 2021, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar honored Dr. Shankar Nath Jha, who worked for Musahar children, with the best education award 'Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Education Award-2021' in a program organized at the convention building on the occasion of Education Day. .

• Dr. Shankar Nath Jha is running 56 centers in Jamui, in which 5500 Musahar children are benefiting.
• With their efforts, five children participated in the national sports competition and 25 children got government jobs. Saved 450 children from child marriage. Enrolled 950 child laborers in the school.
• From 1981 to 2019, he was on the post of medical officer in the state government, but after taking voluntary retirement, he started working for the children of Musahar society.

Gram Lok and Rajasthani Language Service Award Ceremony

On November 11, 2021, under the joint aegis of Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi and Marudesh Sansthan, Sujangarh, Gram Lok and Kanhaiya Lal Sethia Rajasthani Bhasha Seva Samman ceremony was organized at Mahatma Gandhi Government School, Bhivsar in Churu district.

• On this occasion, Madhu Acharya said that Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi is doing important work for Rajasthani language and literature and this event of Gram Lok is an innovative initiative to promote Rajasthani language and literature in rural areas.
• Mahakavi Kanhaiyalal Sethia, who is called the father of Rajasthani, was a famous poet of Rajasthani language. He was also honored with Panshree, Sahitya Akademi Award in 2004 and Moortidevi Sahitya Puraskar of Jnanpith in 1988.
• Kanhaiyalal Sethia was a great writer of Rajasthani language as well as a freedom fighter, social worker, reformer, philanthropist and environmentalist.

'Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu-Adhikar Yojana'

On November 11, 2021, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched the Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu-Adhikar Yojana from Prithvipur (Niwari). Along with this, the Chief Minister also inaugurated various development works and performed Bhoomi-Poojan in Prithvipur.

• The main objective of this scheme is to provide free plots to such houses in which more than one family is residing and if they do not have any plot of land to live in.
• Apart from this, loans can also be obtained from banks on the plots provided through this scheme, so that the economic condition of the citizens of the state will also improve.
• Through this scheme, the citizens of the state will be able to lead a respectable life with minimum basic necessities. Every citizen will be able to have his own house.
• On this occasion, the Chief Minister distributed land rights letters to 5 beneficiaries of 'Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu-Adhikar Yojna'. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had announced this scheme on October 30, 2021.
• The Chief Minister distributed benefits to 13 thousand 397 beneficiaries of various government schemes and inaugurated 223 construction works costing Rs 6 crore 68 lakh 43 thousand and performed bhoomi-pujan of 23 works costing Rs 34 crore.

Tribal Pride Day

On November 10, 2021, the Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved to declare 15 November as Tribal Pride Day. 15th November is also the foundation day of Jharkhand state.

Key Points

• This announcement of the cabinet gives approval to the glorious history and cultural heritage of the tribal communities. This Tribal Pride Day will be observed every year and will recognize the efforts of the tribals to preserve the cultural heritage and promote the Indian values of valor, hospitality and national pride.
• This day is dedicated to the memory of the brave tribal freedom fighters, so that the coming generations can know about their sacrifices towards the country.
• As part of Tribal Pride Day celebrations, the Central Government in association with the State Governments will start a week long festival from November 15 to November 22 to showcase the glorious history of tribal society, culture, heritage, contribution of tribal society in the freedom struggle.
• Born on November 15, 1875, Birsa Munda fought valiantly against the exploitative system of the British colonial system and led the movement against British repression, calling for 'ulgulan' (revolution).
• The Prime Minister had approved the establishment of 10 tribal freedom fighter museums across India including Ranchi on the Independence Day of 2016. The old jail in Ranchi, where Birsa Munda breathed his last, is being renovated as a museum.

• This website has been developed jointly by the Department of Tribal and Scheduled Castes and NIC.
• Through tracking information about what the children who have studied before 5 years from Prayas Residential School and Eklavya Adarsh Residential School are currently doing (government, non-government job or doing their own business or other work), information will be obtained.
• Eklavya Adarsh Residential Schools are run by Chhattisgarh State Level Tribal Welfare Residential and Ashram Educational Institute Committee, Raipur, constituted by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India to run Eklavya schools in the state.
