5 Rural Learning Centers will be Built in Bareilly Division of Uttar Pradesh

- On March 5, 2023, D.D Mahendra Singh of Panchayati Raj Department of Uttar Pradesh told that five learning centers will be set up in Bareilly division of the state, in which training will be given to the villagers at the village level.

- D.D. Mahendra Singh of the Panchayati Raj Department said that in order to strengthen the villagers at the economic level, five model panchayat houses of the four districts of Bareilly division are being made learning centres. Under this, learning centers will be set up one each in Bareilly, Pilibhit and Badaun and in two-gram panchayats of Shahjahanpur. Villagers will be taught the nuances of farming and becoming entrepreneurs at the learning center.
- The government has released a budget of Rs 25 lakh to make the Panchayati Raj Department a learning center. Five lakh rupees will be spent to develop a center. All necessary equipment will be provided for training, including projectors.
- Mahendra Singh said that the government is implementing the plan to effectively implement development schemes at the village level. The participation of villagers is being decided in this. The people of the village will be explained how to take advantage of the government's schemes with information about them.
- He said that such gram panchayats were selected for learning centres, where panchayat building, and community center building were good. Computers, internet, electricity and boundary wall were built in the panchayat house. Health centers, primary and junior schools, Anganwadi centers were present.

- Gayatri Devi has been honoured for her outstanding work done through rural women self-help groups to make farm ponds in Sambhar block area of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- It is noteworthy that Gayatri Devi Yadav, along with The Gram Chetna Kendra Sanstha of Jaipur, has done excellent work for rainwater harvesting and conservation by forming 65 women self-help groups in about 68 villages of Sambhar block for the last several years and contributed significantly to making women water literate in rural areas.
- Bansi Lal Meena, member of Gram Chetna Kendra Sanstha, said that Gayatri Devi Yadav worked to help the people in spreading the schemes being run by the state government and the central government for rainwater harvesting and clean water management through women self-help groups.

Chief Minister Increased the Amount of Assistance for Marriage Conferences

On March 4, 2023, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has increased the grant amount to encourage mass marriage conferences to be held in the state.

- Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that under the mass marriage scheme, now 25 thousand rupees will be given per couple. In this, the newly married woman will get a grant of 21 thousand rupees and the institution will get a grant of 4 thousand rupees. This amount will be payable to marriage conferences held from April 1, 2023.
- It is known that at present this amount is being given 15 thousand and 3 thousand rupees respectively i.e., a total of 18 thousand rupees.
- Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has announced an increase in grants in the budget, taking important decisions towards promoting social activities like mass marriages, preventing malpractices like dowry system and reducing unnecessary expenditure 2023-24.
- A provision of Rs 10 crore has been made on behalf of the Chief Minister for the year 2023-24 as assistance. With this, a target has been set to provide mass marriage grant to about 4000 couples.
- He has agreed to give an additional assistance of Rs 10 lakh to the organizers for the participation of families of different communities, castes and religions in mass marriages. Realizing the spirit of 'unity in diversity', this amount will be given for organizing marriages of at least 25 couples. In this, there is a provision to aid of Rs 2 crore to about 20 institutions.

- March 5, 2023, The Haryana Police has successfully implemented the According to the information given by the Haryana Public Relations, Information and Language Department on of the Central Government, working towards ensuring modern policing much-awaited project Inter-Operable Criminal Justice System (ICJS).

- It is noteworthy that the ICJS project implemented by the Central Government has been implemented across the country through the Ministry of Home Affairs, on which the state police are working to ensure modern policing.
- Disclosing this here today, a state police spokesman said that the state police has succeeded in tracing 45 vehicles, finding 67 proclaimed offenders and bell jumpers and 02 most wanted criminals using the ICJS project. Apart from this, 4 FIRs have also been registered in the state on the said data.
- A police spokesman said that in the first phase of the ICJS project i.e., inter-operable criminal justice system, different IT systems have been implemented and organized. This system has also been enabled to search records.
- Apart from this, under Phase-2, this system 'one data, one entry 'has been prepared on the principle of, under which data is recorded only once in one column and then the same data is recorded in all other columns. For this, there is no need to re-enter the data in each column.
- State Crime Records Bureau Director O.P. Singh said that the ICJS system is being made available through a dedicated and secure cloud-based infrastructure with high-speed connectivity.
- The responsibility of implementation of the ICJS project in the state lies with the State Crime Records Bureau.
- Interoperable Criminal Justice System (ICJS) is a national platform for integration of core IT systems to be used by five pillars [Police (Crime and Criminal Tracking and Network System), e-Forensics for Forensic Labs, e-Courts for Courts, e-Prosecution for Public Prosecutors, e-Jail for Jails] is done to implement criminal justice in the country.
- Through this software, the state police have a complete record of criminals lodged in jails. By entering the name and other information of the criminal in the above software, if his status is in any other state, then only then it is updated. Based on the above information, the research officer can take further action. Many times, it has been seen that a criminal is wanted in many states and imprisoned in another state. In such a situation, the current location of the criminals can be found with the help of the data base available on this software.
- In addition, stolen vehicles can be detected through the software.
