Union Home Minister Trophy to State Police Academy and Police Training School | 09 Mar 2022

On March 8, 2022, the officers and employees of the Police Department, including the State Police Academy (Chandkhuri), Police Training School (Rajnandgaon) and a police station, were awarded various awards, medals and trophies and medals by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.

This award has been given to the officers and employees of the concerned institutions and police departments for their outstanding work and services in different years.
Union Home Minister Trophy was given by the Ministry of Home Affairs to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose State Police Academy, Chandkhuri for the year 2019-20 for training of gazetted officers and to Police Training School, Rajnandgaon for the training of new constables for the years 2019-20 and 2020-21. Gayatri Singh, Najmus Saqib and Chitrasen Singh Kharsan have been awarded 'Asadharan-Aasuchana-Kushalata-Padak' for the year 2019 and Ram Shringar Yadav and Kesari Nandan for the year 2021.
Thana Jhilmili (District- Surajpur) has been awarded 'Utkrisht Thana Samman, 2020', which stood fourth in the whole country.
Along with this, 6 officers-employees of Chhattisgarh Police have been awarded the Union Home Minister Medal for the year 2019-20 and 8 officers-employees for 2020-21.
