Why In News?
- On November 26, 2022, Ravi Giri, a resident of Mccluskieganj in Khalari block of Ranchi district in Faridabad, won the Title of Indian Classic Cup Body Building and Fitness Champion.
Key Points
- As many as 450 bodybuilders from across the country participated in the Indian Classic Cup Body Building and Fitness Competition organized by Black Cat at Anangpur Dairy Community Hall premises in Faridabad.
- On becoming the champion, bodybuilder Ravi Giri was awarded with trophy and medal as well as sponsorship of 1.5 lakhs from Black Cat Nutrition.
- Earlier, Ravi Giri had secured the second position in the AP Classic Mr. India Body Building Competition Physique category held at Lajpat Nagar Bhawan in Delhi on November 4 and set a record by winning two consecutive gold medals in the IFBA and Manjeet Classic Men's category held in Delhi on November 6.
