Two day state level seminar Raj. Pulmocon 2023 was organized. During this, the book Lang Rajasthan was released.

- Addressing the function organized at Park Paradise, the Education Minister said that medical science experts do deep research, their findings are beneficial for human health. He said that there will be exchange of ideas from such seminars, which will prove to be better for the medical world.
- He said that Bikaner has made radical development in the medical field. The PBM hospital here is proving useful for the patients of Bikaner division and the surrounding states. The Cancer Research and Cardiovascular Center here has become a lifeline for the patients.
- Disaster Management Minister Govind Ram Meghwal said that such seminars should be held from time to time, so that medical experiences of experts can be shared.
- He said that Acharya Tulsi Cancer Research Center of Bikaner has proved very useful for the patients of Punjab and Haryana.
- Energy Minister Bhanwar Singh Bhati said that the history of Sardar Patel Medical College has been golden. The teachers and students here have brought laurels to Bikaner in the country and the world.
- He said that the Mukhya Mantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana of the state government is a historic and unique scheme of the country, this scheme has removed the sorrows of lakhs of people of the state.
- LifeTime Achievement Award was given to Dr. P.R Gupta during the seminar. Dr. Mahendra Kumar, Dr. C.R Chaudhary, Dr. Situ Singh was given the Dr. SK Sarkar Orientation Award.
