Sheikhpura Health Department Ranked Seventh | 01 Sep 2021

Recently, in the ranking released by NITI Aayog from March to June, Sheikhpura district of Bihar has been ranked seventh in the whole country with 'good ranking'.

The district wise ranking has been released by NITI Aayog keeping in view the circumstances arising due to Covid.
In the ranking of districts released by NITI Aayog, Chandel of Manipur is at first place, Sahibganj of Jharkhand is at second place and Ferozepur of Punjab is at third place.
According to NITI Aayog, the condition of Sheikhpura is poor in agriculture, education, financial inclusion & skill development and basic infrastructure.
On getting the seventh position in the ranking, an additional allocation of Rs 3 crores will be given by the central government to the health department of the district.
