- According to the information given by the Public Relations Department of Madhya Pradesh on September 4, 2023, 43 players from Madhya Pradesh have been selected in the Indian team for the 19th Asian Games 2022 to be held in Hangzhou, China from September 23 to October 8.

- In the 19th Asian Games to be held in Hangzhou, China, 19 players from Madhya Pradesh Sports Academy, 11 players from Madhya Pradesh (outside the academy), 3 players from Sports Authority of India (SAI), 7 former players of Madhya Pradesh Sports Academy and 3 players, who are associate members of the academy, are included in the Indian team.

- Kapil Parmar of Madhya Pradesh Martial Arts Academy will represent India in Judo (blade judo category). Two associate members of the academy, Diksha and Sapna Barman, will be part of the Indian athletics contingent.

- Eleven players of Madhya Pradesh from outside the academy will represent India in the Asian Games to be held this year.
- Addhet Patre (Swimming), Adhya Tiwari, Jai Meena, Tushita Sen and Aditya Dubey (all soft tennis), Ananjul Namdev and Rohit Yadav (Wushu), Damita Devi (Kayaking Canoeing), Rohini Kalam (G-Jutsu), Jyoti Chauhan ( Women's Football), Avesh Khan (Cricket) will represent the Indian contingent.
- Sports Authority of India's Tulika and Avtar Singh (Judo) and Sonia Devi Pahirembam (Kayaking-Canoeing) have been selected.
- Apart from this, seven former players of Madhya Pradesh Academy have also been selected in the Indian team. In these, Monika, Sushila Chanu, Ishika, Vishnu Devi in the women's hockey team and Vivek Sagar and Neelakanta Sharma in the men's hockey team will represent the Indian team in the Asian Games 2022.
