On April 19, 2022, Haryana's Minister of State for Women and Child Development, Kamlesh Dhanda, launched a poster and a pamphlet on the theme 'Child marriage is a heinous crime' in Chandigarh.

- In this poster and pamphlet, mainly information has been given about how to stop child marriage, Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012 and campaign against child marriage etc.
- It is worth mentioning that the present chairperson of Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights is Jyoti Banda, while the chairman of National Commission for Protection of Child Rights is Priyank Kanungo.
