- Recently, Shubham Chauhan from Bhopal was selected for the 'Rashtriya Yuva Puraskar' 2018-19 by the Government of India for youth activities.

- He will be awarded at a ceremony on the occasion of the International Youth Day, on August 12, 2021.
- This award is given every year by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India for their outstanding activities for nation-building.
- Shubham Chauhan led the team from Madhya Pradesh in the National Integration Camp organized by the Government of India in Jammu and Kashmir in March 2020, after the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.
- Similarly, Madhya Pradesh has partnered with Nagaland and Manipur under Ek Bharat-Shreshtha Bharat Yojana to strengthen cultural relations between them.
