- On 29 October 2021, Haryana defeated host Jharkhand to win the 11th Hockey India National Junior Women's Hockey Championship trophy. Haryana became the champions by defeating Jharkhand 3-2.

- In the final match, Neelam scored for the winner Haryana in the 9th, 19th and 21st minutes. For the Jharkhand team, Deepika Soreng scored in the fifth minute and Ropani Kumari scored in the 39th minute.
- In the match played for the bronze medal, Maharashtra won the bronze medal by defeating Chandigarh 6-2.
- After the end of the match, Chief Guest Sports Minister Hafizul Hasan Ansari honored the three medal winning teams and all the players of the team with trophies and medals.
- The 11th National Women's Junior Hockey Championship was organized from October 20, 2021 to October 29, 2021 in Simdega district of Jharkhand.
