Why In News?
- On July 28, 2022, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that in 'Meri Girdawari - Mera Adhikar', farmers will now be able to enter their crop information through the MP Kisan App.
Key Points
- This information will be used for crop loss, Minimum Support Price Scheme, Bhavantar Yojana, Kisan Credit Card and Agriculture Loan.
- Farmers can register their crop information from August 1 to August 15, 2022. This information of the farmer will be verified by Artificial Intelligence and Patwari.
- In 'Meri Girdawari- Mera Adhikar', the farmer has been provided with the facility that he can register himself by registering the crop information on the MP Kisan App from his farm itself.
- Farmers can login to this app and add their fields by clicking on the crop self-declaration, claim option.
- After adding the account, all the khasra information of the account will be available in the app. Any of the available measles information will make the information available through AI (Artificial Intelligence) on clicking on measles.
- If the farmer agrees, the information of the crop can be recorded with one click. If you disagree with the information of the possible crop, the information of the crop sown in the field can be recorded with a live photo by being present in the field.
