- Recently, all-rounder cricketer Mohammad Arshad Khan, resident of Gopalganj village of Seoni district of Madhya Pradesh has become a part of the Mumbai Indians team of IPL in the Mega Auction of the 15th season of IPL 2022 held in Bangalore.

- He started playing cricket at the district level from the year 2006. In the year 2012, he became a part of the Under-16 team of Madhya Pradesh. After this he joined the Under-19 team in 2015. In the year 2017-18, he became a part of the Under-23 team.
- Arshad took 36 wickets in 10 matches and also scored 400 runs in the Under-23 VK Naidu tournament organized by BCCI in the year 2020. Apart from this, he also performed well in the Vijay Hazare Trophy and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in the year 2020 itself.
