On June 12, 2023, Chhattisgarh Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu inaugurated the 'Chhattisgarh State Kesh Shilpi Welfare Board' office in Gautam Nagar of capital Raipur.
Key Points:
- It is worth mentioning that Kesh Shilp is prevalent as a traditional business. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has decided to ensure the overall development of the cadre involved in this business, to prepare a welfare scheme, to develop innovative techniques in Kesh Shilp and to establish coordination between the government and the cadre.
- Chhattisgarh State Kesh Shilpi Welfare Board has been constituted under the Social Welfare Department to prepare socio-economic policy for the benefit of the cadre related to Kesh Shilp.
- The office of Chhattisgarh State Kesh Shilpi Welfare Board is located at Gulab Nagar 3rd Street, Gautam Vihar, Amlidih Road Devpuri.
