- On July 27, 2022, Haryana Cooperative Minister Dr. Banwari Lal, while presiding over the review meeting of cooperative societies and officers of HARCO Bank, said that on the lines of Haryana Central Co-operative Bank, a one-time payment scheme would soon be made for PACS consumers. So that PACS consumers can also take advantage of this scheme.

- Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala gave this information after a cabinet sub-committee meeting on the draft 'Haryana Self-Reliant Textiles Policy-2022' held in New Delhi.
- The objectives of 'Haryana Self-Reliant Textile Policy-2022', entrepreneurship expansion, investment, employment generation, grants, textile parks and other referenced topics were discussed in the meeting. Discussions were also held in the context of the 'National Mission on Technical Textiles'.
- The Deputy Chief Minister informed that the draft 'Haryana Self-Reliant Textile Policy-2022' has been thoroughly discussed by the Cabinet Sub-Committee. The policy will now be placed before the Cabinet for approval.
- The policy, formulated for the period up to 2025, is expected to provide an investment of about 4,000 crore rupees and employment to 20,000 youth.
- Under this policy, technical textiles will be specifically encouraged and expanded. The policy also includes the promotion of synthetic fiber and regenerated fiber units.
