Haryana Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2021 got approval | 05 Nov 2021

On November 2, 2021, Haryana Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2021 were approved in the cabinet meeting chaired by Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar.

A draft rule 'Haryana Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2021' has been prepared to include the provision for recovery of award money as arrears of land revenue.
The state government had notified the Haryana Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2007, in which provision has been made for the composition of the council and the procedure to be followed by the council for discharging its functions.
