- The Chief Minister granted the first building permit issued through this system to the applicant, Smt. Chetan Dev Sahu, resident of Swadshiwani, Raipur.
- Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said on the occasion that this system would accelerate the development of the cities of the state and citizens would get an effective solution to a major problem.
- Building permission is an important process for the citizens of the state who want to build their own house. Earlier this process was not so easy, citizens used to have a lot of trouble to get this facility. Because this process used to take a long time to complete and this process used to reach many officials to get the map passed and after that the citizen got building permission to build the house.
- Now all this process will be free from human intervention and will be completed at the earliest. If the applicant has all the correct documents then the applicant has to submit the application fee of 1Rs. Now they will not have to travel anywhere to make their home.
