Recently, Bihar Governor released the book “Street Vendor se Bureaucrat” written by Manoj Kumar at Raj Bhawan.

  • The author gave  a struggle-filled and inspiring description of his journey from Koshi region of Bihar to Delhi . 
  • In spite of poverty and hardships, with his hard work and dedication he succeeded in the Civil Services Examination and reached a high position.
