Best Performing Districts Rewarded For Improving Sex Ratio

- Haryana Minister of State for Women and Child Development Kamlesh Dhanda honored Rohtak, Charkhi Dadri and Jind districts for their better performance in improving the sex ratio in a program organized in Panchkula on the occasion of International Women's Day.

- Minister Kamlesh Dhanda honored district Rohtak for the first, Charkhi Dadri second and Jind for the third prize by giving Rs 5 lakh, Rs 3 lakh and Rs 2 lakh respectively and a citation.
- Apart from this, he also honored the winners of Poshan Puraskar, 2021-22. District Mewat was awarded Rs. 2 lakh for securing first position, Rs. 1 lakh to Faridabad for securing second position and Rs. 50 thousand to district Palwal for securing third position and citation.
- Suman of Yamunanagar was honored by giving 'Behen Shanno Devi Panchayati Raj Award' of Rs 1 lakh.
- Apart from this, 46 talents were honored in sports, social sector, worker working in Anganwadi center, women entrepreneur category and government employee category.
- Earlier, Kamlesh Dhanda launched a poster based on nutrition on behalf of the Department of Women and Child Development.
