Asian Youth and Junior Boxing Championship | 01 Sep 2021

In the Asian Youth and Junior Boxing Championship held in Dubai (UAE) from 17^th to 31^st August, 2021, Haryana players won gold, silver and bronze medals by performing brilliantly.

In this boxing competition, Pranjal of Panchkula has won the gold medal in the weight category of 70 to 75 kg of Under-17 category.
Keerti Dhul of Kaithal won gold in 81+kg weight, Sanjana won silver in 81 kg and Lasu Yadav won bronze medal.
Haryana has also been included in the 5 states selected under the 'One State, One Game' scheme for the Olympics 2028.
It is noteworthy that the Asian Youth and Junior Boxing Championships are organized by the International Boxing Federation.
