On November 10, 2023, the Election Commission of India approved the proposal of the State Election Commission to appoint Asian Games gold medalist in horse riding Divyakriti Singh as the 'State Election Icon'.

- It may be noted that in order to ensure 100 percent voting in the upcoming assembly elections, the State Election Department has appointed celebrities who have done remarkable work in various fields as 'State Election Icons' to motivate voters to vote in maximum numbers.
- In this series, 24-year-old Jaipur resident Divyakriti Singh, Asian Games gold medal winner in horse riding, has been appointed as 'State Election Icon'.
- It is noteworthy that Divyakriti, a Psychology graduate from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University, had recently won the gold medal for India in the team event of horse riding (dressage) in the 19th Asian Games held in China.
- Apart from the Asian Games, she has represented the country in many international competitions in Europe. Along with this, she has also been honored with India Today Woman Achiever Award and Sawai Jaipur Award.
