On August 16, 2023, Asia's Best Employer Brand Award-2023 has been awarded to Rajasthan Housing Board and 'Exemplary Leadership and CSR Initiative Award' to Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora by The World HRD Congress at a glittering event held at Hotel Pan Pacific, Singapore.

- Like every time, this time also the Housing Commissioner did not go himself and sent the senior officials of the team abroad to get the title. Additional Chief Town Planner Anil Mathur, Additional Chief Engineer Vijay Aggarwal and Deputy Financial Advisor OP Butoliya received the award on behalf of the commissioner.
- Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora said that 4 years ago the recommendation for closure of the board was started. The same officers of the Board are now going to the country and abroad and collecting awards in different fields.
- It is worth mentioning that in the last four years under the leadership of Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora, the board has received a total of 35 awards. These include World Book of Records in House Sales, SKOCH Award-2021, Award of Excellence, Honor by National Real Estate Development Council, National Housing Award, IBC and 'Star of Governance-Gold Award' and 'Real Estate Conclave', 'OMG-Book of Records' among others.
