94 Teachers of the State got State Teacher’s Award

Why In News?
On September 5, 2023, on the occasion of Teacher's Day, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave State Teacher’s Awards to 94 teachers of Basic Education Department and Secondary Education Department for doing special work in their field in a program organized at Lok Bhawan.
Key Points:
- The teachers who received the State Teacher’s Award include 75 teachers of the Basic Education Council and 19 teachers of the Secondary Education Department.
- On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced distribution of tablets to more than 02 lakh 09 thousand teachers of primary schools, establishment of smart labs in 18,381 upper primary schools and Kasturba Gandhi Girls Schools and 880 ITCs. Labs was also inaugurated.
