- On March 4, 2023, Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal formally inaugurated the 35th Spring Festival at Yavnika Town Park in Sector 5, Panchkula, The State.

- Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal said that dry flower decoration along with different varieties of flowers is also the center of attraction in this spring festival. This time visitors will get to see floral jewellery, vegetable carving, laser show etc. Special puppet shows and magic shows have also been arranged for children.
- Ajit Balaji Joshi, Chief Administrator, Haryana Urban Development Authority, by HSVP 35th Spring Festival organized 1500 schools Panchkula, said that more than, institutions and organizations are participating in this time.
- It is noteworthy that the performance of about 117 FSLs and CFSLs in the country was evaluated on the parameters defined by NCRB, in which Haryana stood first as the best performer. Throughout the year, the state remained at the first position on more than 20 parameters on the progress dashboard.
