- On October 28, 2021, the National Medical Commission (NMC) has released the list of recognition of new medical colleges. According to the released list, NMC has given conditional approval to Kanker Medical College for 100 MBBS seats.
Key Points
- After getting approval from NMC, now Kanker Medical College will be the 11th Medical College and 8th Government Medical College in the state.
- With this approval, the total MBBS seats in the state have become 1470.
