    (a) What will be the average price of tyres in all six countries?

    (b) Find the percentage increase or decrease of engine prices from the USA and UK to Gear Box prices from India and China.

    (c) Which country has the highest and lowest cost for manufacturing a car?

    (d) Which country has the minimum price of tyres, the maximum price of gearbox, the minimum price of iron body, the maximum price of engine, and the maximum price of accessories?

    (e) What will be the difference between the prices of engines in all six countries and the price of accessories in all six countries?

    (a) What will be the average price of tyres in all six countries?

    Answer:

The average price of tyres in all six countries

    = (8000 + 6000 + 10000 + 5000 + 35000 + 50000)/6

    = 114000/6

    = 19000

The average price of tyres in all six countries is Rs 19000.

    (b) Find the percentage increase or decrease of engine prices from the USA and UK to Gear Box prices from India and China.

    Answer:

    Engine prices from the USA and UK = 45000 + 54000 = Rs 99000

    Gear Box prices from India and China = 2500 + 1500 = Rs 4000

    Difference between both prices = 99000 – 4000 = 95000

    Percentage increase = 95000/4000 × 100 = 2375%

Hence, the percentage increase of engine prices from the USA and UK to Gear Box prices from India and China is 2375 %.

    (c) Which country has the highest and lowest cost for manufacturing a car?

    Answer:

    In India,

    Manufacturing cost of a Car = 10500 + 2500 + 25000 + 70000 + 8000 = 116000

    In China,

    Manufacturing cost of a Car = 5000 + 1500 + 32000 + 65000 + 6000 = 109500

    In Germany,

    Manufacturing cost of a Car = 9500 + 4500 +28000 + 75000 + 10000 = 127000

    In Afghanistan,

    Manufacturing cost of a Car = 2000 + 900 + 15000 + 80000 + 5000 = 102900

    In USA,

    Manufacturing cost of a Car = 15000 + 6500 + 45000 + 99000 + 35000 = 200500

    In UK,

    Manufacturing cost of a Car = 12000 + 7500 + 54000 + 95000 + 50000 = 218500

Hence, the UK has the highest cost for manufacturing a car and Afghanistan has the lowest cost for manufacturing a car.

    (d) Which country has the minimum price of tyres, the maximum price of gearbox, the minimum price of an iron body, the maximum price of an engine, and the maximum price of accessories?

    Answer:

Minimum price of tyres in Afghanistan.

Maximum price of gearbox in UK.

Minimum price of iron body in Afghanistan.

Maximum price of engine in UK.

Maximum price of accessories in the USA.

    (e) What will be the difference between the prices of engines in all six countries and the price of accessories in all six countries?

    Answer:

    The prices of engines in all six countries = 25000 + 32000 + 28000 + 15000 + 45000 + 54000 = 199000

    The prices of accessories in all six countries = 70000 + 65000 + 75000 + 80000 + 99000 + 95000 = 484000

    Difference = 484000 – 199000 = 285000

Hence, the difference between the prices of engines in all six countries and the price of accessories in all six countries is Rs 285000.
