Category 1: Questions Related to Teachers and Study Material

1. Who will teach in this course? Are these the same teachers who teach in Drishti’s classroom programs?
   Answer: We have a large team of excellent teachers who teach at various Drishti centres (Delhi, Prayagraj, and Jaipur). Those teachers who specialize in online teaching will be teaching you. Almost all of these teachers are involved with Drishti’s branches.
2. Can we watch videos of these teachers before admission?
   Answer: Absolutely. Demo videos of this program are available on our 'Drishti Learning App'. You can watch these videos to gauge the quality of teaching. We are confident that you will be impressed with their teaching style and depth of knowledge.
3. Are these video classes the same as the classroom program recordings, or are they specially created?
   Answer: These classes are not recorded in classrooms, as we don’t have a dedicated Prelims batch in our classroom programs. They are recorded in our studio, utilizing various technical facilities.
4. Is the content taught in this course as detailed and high-quality as in your classroom course?
   Answer: We assure you that there is no difference. In fact, with the use of digital boards and other technology, we have made online classes even more seamless. You can consider this as an experiment to enhance learning without compromising on quality and depth.
   
5. What if I don’t like the teaching style of a particular teacher?
   Answer: The best way is to watch demo videos of all subjects beforehand. If you like them, only then proceed with the admission. Once you are enrolled, we won't be able to consider such requests.
6. Is study material included with the online course? If yes, what kind?
   Answer: Yes, every necessary study material related to the course you enrol in will be provided. This includes eight popular books from Drishti Publications' Quick Book series.
   
7. Will current affairs classes be included in this online course?
   Answer: Yes. This course includes around 90-100 hours of current affairs classes available on the Drishti Learning App. You can also visit our app or website for regular current affairs updates

Category 2: Questions Related to Class Duration, etc.

1. What is the total duration of the General Studies Prelims course?
   Answer: The total duration of the General Studies course will be approximately 500+ hours. If a student studies for 4-5 hours daily, they can complete the course in about three and a half months. The classes are divided into different sections based on the importance of subjects like history, geography, polity, etc.
2. What is the duration of the CSAT course?
   Answer: The total duration of the CSAT course is approximately 120+ hours.

1. When will the admissions start for the online course?
   Answer: The admission process is ongoing. You can enrol in this course at any time.
2. What do I need to do to get admission to this course?

4. Will students have the option to cancel their admission during the course duration?
   Answer: No, once you are enrolled, you cannot cancel your admission. We suggest watching demo videos before enrolling.
   
5. Can I buy the course now and use the test series after a year or two of serious preparation?
   Answer: Yes, you can. The test series for the nearest year is generally provided, but you can contact our online team to adjust the test series for a future year. Category 
   
6. Is study material included with the online course? If yes, what kind?
   Answer: Yes, every necessary study material related to the course you enrol in will be provided. This includes eight popular books from Drishti Publications' Quick Book series.
   

Category 4: Questions Related to Fees and Payment Methods

1. What is the fee for this course?
   Answer: The fee for the IAS Prelims (General Studies & CSAT) course in online mode is ₹25,000/-.
2. Does the fee include GST, or is it paid separately?
   Answer: GST is included in the fee, and no additional payment is required.
   
3. Can the fee be paid in instalments?
   Answer: Currently, the option to pay in instalments is not available. You will need to make full payment in one go. However, if you are paying by credit card and have a good payment track record, your bank may offer an instalment payment option.
   
4. What are the payment methods available for this course? Can payment be made via online payment, cheque, credit card, or debit card?
   Answer: If you are enrolling via the app/website, several payment options are available, including credit card, debit card, wallet, and bank transfer. If you are enrolling at our Delhi, Jaipur, Prayagraj, Lucknow or Indore centres, the same options are available, along with cheque, draft, and cash payments. Please note that admission will only be confirmed once the cheque is credited to our account.
5. Can I get a discount if I do not want the books or test series provided with the course?
   Answer: No, the fee only covers the video course, and these materials are provided as a complimentary gift. If you choose not to take them, no discount will be given.]

   Answer: We believe this comparison isn't entirely factual. However, if considered valid, the reason for our higher fee is that we do not compromise on quality, which leads to higher costs. This cost is directly related to the quality we provide, and we are confident that you will find value for your money.
