The highest education is that which does not merely give us information but makes our life in harmony with all existence. —Rabindranath Tagore
- Give a brief introduction about education and its importance.
- Explain that education is not just the collection of information but learning through its application and assimilation.
- Write a conclusion.
Answer:
According to UNESCO, education has four main objectives:
- Learning to know
- Learning to do
- Learning to live harmoniously
- Learning to be.
All of these are embraced by highest value education. Learning to know is different from just collecting information. The fundamental intention of learning to know is 'how to think' rather than 'what to think.'
- The social peace of society may be protected by having the right education, having compassion for others, having trust in God, acting fearlessly, working tirelessly, and having wealth that has been acquired legally.
- It is critical for societal cohesion to have a decent and value-based education.
- It alone may improve a person's way of thinking, aptitude, standard of life, provide recognition and identity in society, and eventually shape the personality to propel him to greater heights.
- Wealth, which was truly essential to live a good existence, should not be gained illegally and unrestrained, as this would only cause social discord.
- To maintain social, religious, and communal harmony, one should only show others love and affection, as well as an effort to understand them from the right perspective, whether they are family members, neighbors, or even complete strangers.
- Those who failed to gain a decent education, follow the noble principles taught by all religions, and amass wealth via unlawful means also participated in acts of violence or vandalism to undermine community harmony.
A good education basically expands the thought process of individuals and enables them to think multidimensionally. Respect everyone with all of your heart, seek the truth, put your complete trust in God, put in great effort, and treat everyone fairly, especially women and transgender people. It will help you advance in society and give you a feeling of who you are if you put it into practice. In the end, it will be up to you to keep society peaceful. You may rely on the Constitution for assistance if you run across any further obstacles or issues.
