Aniket is an IAS officer posted in his home district in Bihar. One day the flood hits several villages of his district resulting in a widespread damage to the crops and houses of the people. A relief fund is created to mitigate the effect of the flood and he is made in charge of that fund. The Assembly elections are nearby and the MLA from the ruling party asks him to prioritise the fund to the people from certain community as they are his vote bank. Aniket’s brother is a professor in the college owned by that very same MLA. If he doesn’t comply with him, his brother will be expelled from his job, and he will also be discharged from the charge of the fund and transferred to some remote tribal area. In a discussion, Aniket's brother tells him that no other college will pay him such a high salary as this one. In such a situation what approach shall be followed by Aniket?
