DMP (I)-2024 is an 80 days exclusive Mentorship Programme meticulously designed to empower aspirants preparing for UPSC Civil Services Examination-2024. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the trends of questions asked from 2013 to 2023 (Prelims and Mains), this Programme places a strong emphasis on concept building, in-depth analysis, revision and rigorous answer-writing practice, covering the Prelims and Mains syllabus at least twice in a targeted and strategic manner.

Only those students will be admitted to Drishti Mentorship Programme (Prelims)-DMPP 2024 (Prelims Exam Special) whose performance (in tests, punctuality and remarks of mentors) matches the criteria prescribed by the management.
Only those students who qualify UPSC Civil Services Prelims Examination-2024 will be admitted to Drishti Mentorship Programme (Mains)-DMPM 2024 (Main Examination Special).

# For DMPM (2023) Students, who could not qualify CSE Prelims Examination of 2023, the above categories apply as per their status of being a Drishti (Foundation/Optional Subject) or Non-Drishti Student. # The students of ELEVATE batch, the above categories apply as per their status of being a Drishti (Foundation/Optional Subjects) or Non-Drishti Student. # Kindly note that the admission to the Mentorship Programme and the allotment of the library is based on the availability of seats in the respective libraries and the criteria set by the management. # The continuation of students in the programme is strictly on the basis of their performance. If the performance of the student is below par (on the set parameters), the management reserves the right to oust such students without any refund of the admission fee (if applicable). # It is noteworthy that the facility of offline mentorship (with library) for Non-Drishti students is available only at Karol Bagh, Prayagraj, Jaipur and Lucknow centres. Also, the Drishti students who have not been successful in the induction test but want the paid facility of the programme in offline mode, will also be provided this facility only at Karol Bagh, Prayagraj, Jaipur and Lucknow centres. # The admission fee of the Programme is non-refundable. |

For admission to the Offline Mentorship, you need to carry the following documents with you:
Answer: DMP (I)-2024 is an intensive 80-day Mentorship Programme for UPSC Civil Services Examination aspirants. It focuses on concept building, in-depth analysis, revision and rigorous answer-writing practice for both Prelims and Mains exams.
Answer: DMP (I)-2024 will begin on the 23rd of October 2023 and run till the 14th of January 2024. Post that, Drishti Mentorship Programme (Prelims)-DMPP-2024 will run from mid-January till May. The entry of students [part of DMP (I)-2024] to DMPP-2024 will be based on their performance [attendance in tests, marks and mentors' remarks in the DMP (I)-2024]. The students of DMP (I)-2024 and DMP (P)-2024 who qualify for CSE Prelims-2024 will be given entry to the Drishti Mentorship Programme (Mains)-DMPM, which will start in June 2024 for CSE Mains 2024. The students who do not qualify for CSE Prelims-2024 will not be part of DMPM-2024.
Answer: Admission to the paid programme can be taken via two methods. First, by visiting the offline centres (Mukherjee Nagar/Karol Bagh/Prayagraj/Jaipur/Lucknow). Asking the counsellors regarding the purchasing of the DMP (I)-2024 course. Second, you can purchase the DMP (I)-2024 course from the Drishti Learning App or App Link depending on the course you want to access. Once you are done with purchasing the course, you will be asked to fill out a Registration Form to be shared with you soon.
Answer: No, there will be no difference in the Programme for both of them. They will be going through the same programme.
Answer: No, the admission fee for the admission to the programme will be paid as a one-time fee only.
Answer: Yes, a student can change the Mode of Mentorship during DMP (I)-2024. There will be two probabilities for this, first from Online to Offline and second from Offline to Online. If you intend to go from Online to Offline mode, then the availability of seats in the library will determine this change and will be decided by the management. Also, the Fee gap will have to be paid by you to access Mentorship in Offline mode.
If you want to change from Offline to Online mode, you should talk to your mentor regarding this and if they allow, you may write an application for the same without any fee refund.
Answer: Yes, but this facility will be based on the availability of seats at the centre being asked by the student and a reasonable written application for this shifting. The library shifting process cannot be repeated and can be done only once.
Answer: Yes, you will be eligible for admission to the programme. But you will be admitted to the paid programme with an applicable fee.
Answer: Both, Drishti as well as non-Drishti students are eligible for admission in the Paid Programme. Drishti students who could not qualify Induction Test conducted for admitting the students to the programme can take admission by paying the requisite fee. Non-Drishti students can directly take admission to the course by paying the requisite fee.
Answer: The library timings are generally divided into two shifts (7:30 AM-2:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM) at Karol Bagh, Prayagraj and Lucknow Centre. For Jaipur Centre, there will be only one shift for the library (6:00 AM to 11:00 AM).
Answer: We at our Mentorship Programme are strict regarding students’ regularity in taking tests. For the students who are found to be non-serious regarding tests and other criteria like meeting the mentors, the management shall reserve the right to expel such students from the Library.
Answer: No, There will be no locker facility in the Library during DMP (I)-2024. Lockers will be provided to the students who qualify for the Prelims exam of 2024 and continue with the Drishti Mentorship Programme (Mains)-2024.
Answer: Offline Mentorship (with Library) will be available at Karol Bagh, Prayagraj, Jaipur and Lucknow Centres for Non-Drishti students. Kindly note that the facility of Offline Mentorship for Drishti students who could not qualify Induction Test will be available on a paid basis at the above-mentioned centres only.
Answer: No, the seats in the Library are not reserved for any particular student.
Answer: The students will be divided into different groups as per the Mentor. These mentors will be taking care of their respective students regarding their tests, mentoring, clearing doubts, academic queries, etc.
Answer: Students born on or after the 2nd of August, 2003 will not be eligible to participate in the Programme. Other than that, the age limit criteria as set by UPSC are applicable for participating in this Programme.
Answer: Your performance data will be available through the feedback system being developed on DLA App Also, your mentors will be keeping records of your regular performance.
Answer: Performance-based criteria include test scores, punctuality in tests and the feedback given by the mentors. Other details will be shared during the programme.
Answer: For all further communications after the commencement of the course, WhatsApp broadcasting and messaging services will be used to provide the admitted students with programme-related information. Also, a dedicated coordinator’s contact number will be shared with you to get your queries solved.
Answer: There will be no refund in this case. If you cannot continue with us in offline mode, then your mode will be changed to online mode. All the facilities (except the library) will continue as such in online mode.
Answer: Yes, our programme caters to aspirants who are at different levels of preparation including beginners as well. However, we recommend those aspirants who have completed their syllabus at least once and are eying for the UPSC CSE 2024 attempt to opt for this programme.
Answer: Weekly tests/other tests (Prelims-based) will be conducted in online mode (Drishti Learning App) till a certain time. Afterwards, we will continue with the conduction of these tests in offline mode. Mains exam-based tests will be conducted in offline mode. These weekly tests will be used to track your progress, identify weaknesses and refine your exam strategy.
Answer: Yes, our flexible learning options (online and offline mode), including online classes, accommodate working professionals. The regular online sessions with mentors will help the working professionals balance their jobs and preparations.
Answer:No, we do not provide any form of study materials or books in hard copy form. We will be providing access to value-added notes and other study material in online mode (Drishti Learning App).
Answer:We have a well-equipped library for which an optimum strength of students will be selected. This will help in ensuring personalized attention and a conducive learning environment.
Answer:While you can meet your mentor during your library shift. However, the option of contacting your mentor via message/call will be available during the working hours of mentors. Also, you can message them your queries and they will reply to you as per their availability on non-working days.
