Asmita Scheme 2024 is an initiative of Drishti IAS, a legacy institute for UPSC guidance - with a proven record of year-on-year selections in UPSC for over 2 decades. Under this scheme, up to 500 candidates from Hindi medium (Drishti & non-Drishti Students) and 200 candidates from English medium (GS Foundation Students of Drishti IAS) who clear the UPSC Prelims in 2024 will be selected. Selected candidates will be provided academic as well as financial support while preparing for UPSC Exam.

The objectives of the Asmita Scheme 2024 are:

• To increase the representation of Hindi medium candidates in the Civil Services Examination (However, this year, the Scheme is being extended to English medium students of Drishti IAS).
• To provide complete support to the candidates by addressing their academic as well as financial needs while preparing for UPSC Exam.

Following students who have cleared the UPSC Prelims 2024 will be eligible to apply under this scheme -

• In Hindi Medium, both Drishti GS Foundation students (online/offline) and NonDrishti students are eligible.
• In English Medium, only Drishti GS Foundation students (online/offline) are eligible.

Eligible candidates can register online by visiting: www.drishtiias.com/asmita after the declaration of CSE Prelims 2024 Results.

For offline admissions, students may visit any of our centres to submit the offline application form along with the required documents. Our team will assist them to complete the formalities. For further clarification, feel free to speak to our team at 9311406440 & 87501 87501.

The candidate must submit the following documents along with the application form:

• Latest Photograph
• Government approved photo ID proof. (Any one of these: Pan Card/Aadhaar Card/Driving License/Passport/Class 10th date of birth certificate)
• Admit Card of UPSC Prelims 2024
• Bank Details/ Cancelled Cheque/ Passbook in which student wishes to receive financial support every month. (The account should be in the name of the candidate applying for this scheme. The name in the account must match with the name in the application form and other supporting documents submitted by the candidate.)

The financial assistance and/or hostel facility will only be continued if the selected candidates meet the following criteria –

• Attempting minimum 4 tests in a week till Mains 2024. (Further terms and conditions will be declared after the Mains 2024)
• For students who are availing Asmita Scheme in offline mode at centres/library, at least 4 days attendance in the library on a weekly basis.
• A favourable report from assigned Mentor will be required at regular intervals.
Further,
• The entry of a student to the program shall be valid as long as they comply with the disciplinary rules. If a student is found involved in any act/s of indiscipline (e.g. altercation, use of vulgar language, creating disturbance in class, etc.) they will be expelled from the program without giving any prior notice and reason.
• Any material (answer copy, essay etc.) submitted by students for evaluation during the program may be used by the institute for other purposes (such as distribution in class, printing, display on our website/app etc.).
• The institute is not bound to seek permission from the candidate for using any of the information/photograph provided in admission form for advertisement purposes.
• If any candidate provides false information in their application, appropriate legal action may be pursued against them.
• This scheme is a voluntary initiative of Drishti IAS - the institute reserves the right to limit, suspend, change, or terminate the scheme.
• All disputes arising from this scheme will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

अस्मिता योजना 2024, UPSC की तैयारी के लिये मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करने वाले प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान दृष्टि आईएएस की एक पहल है- जिसका दो दशकों से अधिक समय से साल-दर-साल UPSC में चयन का उत्कृष्ट रिकॉर्ड रहा है।
इस योजना के तहत, हिंदी माध्यम के (दृष्टि में अध्ययनरत या दृष्टि से बाहर से) कुल 500 अभ्यर्थियों तक और अंग्रेज़ी माध्यम के (दृष्टि GS फाउंडेशन के विद्यार्थीयों में से) ऐसे 200 अभ्यर्थियों का चयन किया जाएगा, जो वर्ष 2024 की UPSC प्रिलिम्स परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होंगे। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को UPSC की परीक्षा की तैयारी करते समय शैक्षणिक के साथ-साथ वित्तीय सहायता भी प्रदान की जाएगी।

अस्मिता योजना 2024 के उद्देश्यों में शामिल हैंः

• प्राथमिक तौर पर सिविल सेवा परीक्षा में हिंदी माध्यम के अभ्यर्थियों का प्रतिनिधित्व बढ़ाना। (हालाँकि इस वर्ष इस योजना में दृष्टि आईएएस के अंग्रेज़ी माध्यम के विद्यार्थियों को भी शामिल किया जा रहा है।)
• UPSC की परीक्षा की तैयारी करते समय अभ्यर्थियों की शैक्षणिक एवं वित्तीय आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिये पूर्ण सहायता प्रदान करना।

निम्नलिखित विद्यार्थी जिन्होंने UPSC 2024 की प्रिलिम्स परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है, वे इस योजना के तहत आवेदन करने हेतु पात्र होंगे

• हिंदी माध्यम में तैयारी करने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थी (दृष्टि GS फाउंडेशन (ऑनलाइन/ऑफलाइन) के विद्यार्थियों को वरीयता दी जाएगी)
• अंग्रेज़ी माध्यम में केवल दृष्टि GS फाउंडेशन के विद्यार्थी (ऑनलाइन/ऑफलाइन)

UPSC CSE 2024 की प्रिलिम्स परीक्षा के परिणामों की घोषणा के बाद, पात्र अभ्यर्थी www.drishtiias.com/asmita पर जाकर ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं।

अभ्यर्थी को आवेदन पत्र के साथ निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज़ प्रस्तुत करने होंगे:

• नवीनतम फोटोग्राफ
• सरकार द्वारा स्वीकृत फोटो पहचान पत्र। (इनमें से कोई एक: पैन कार्ड/आधार कार्ड/ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस/पासपोर्ट/कक्षा 10 का सर्टिफिकेट जिस पर जन्मतिथि अंकित हो)
• यूपीएससी प्रारंभिक परीक्षा 2024 का एडमिट कार्ड
• बैंक विवरण/कैंसल्ड चेक/पासबुक जिसमें विद्यार्थी हर महीने वित्तीय सहायता प्राप्त करना चाहता/चाहती है। (खाता, योजना के लिये आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थी के नाम पर होना चाहिये। खाते में दिया गया नाम अभ्यर्थी द्वारा भरे गए आवेदन-पत्र तथा अन्य सहायक दस्तावेज़ों में दिये गए नाम से मेल खाना चाहिये।)

वित्तीय सहायता और हॉस्टल की सुविधा केवल तभी जारी रहेगी जब चयनित अभ्यर्थी निम्नलिखित मानदंडों को पूरा करेंगे-

• मुख्य परीक्षा 2024 तक सप्ताह में कम-से-कम चार टेस्ट देना। (मुख्या परीक्षा 2024 के उपरांत नवीन नियम एवं शर्तें अधिसूचित की जाएंगी।)
• साप्ताहिक आधार पर लाइब्रेरी में कम-से-कम चार दिन की उपस्थिति।
• नियमित अंतराल पर मेंटर से अनुकूल रिपोर्ट।
इसके अलावा,
• योजना के अंतर्गत किसी भी विद्यार्थी का प्रवेश तब तक ही वैध रहेगा जब तक वह अनुशासनात्मक नियमों का पालन करता है। यदि कोई विद्यार्थी अनुशासनहीनता के किसी भी कार्य (जैसे- झगड़ा, अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग, कक्षा में व्यवधान उत्पन्न करना आदि) में संलिप्त पाया जाता है तो उसे तत्काल इस योजना से निष्काषित कर दिया जाएगा और इसके लिये पूर्व सूचना या स्पष्टीकरण की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।
• कार्यक्रम के दौरान मूल्यांकन के लिये विद्यार्थियों द्वारा प्रस्तुत कोई भी सामग्री (उत्तर कॉपी, निबंध आदि) का उपयोग संस्थान द्वारा अन्य उद्देश्यों (जैसे कक्षा में वितरण, मुद्रण, हमारी वेबसाइट/ऐप पर प्रदर्शन आदि) के लिये किया जा सकता है।
• संस्थान विज्ञापन उद्देश्यों के लिये, प्रवेश फॉर्म में दी गई किसी भी जानकारी/तस्वीर का उपयोग करने के लिये उम्मीदवार से अनुमति लेने के लिये बाध्य नहीं है।
• यदि कोई अभ्यर्थी अपने आवेदन में गलत जानकारी देता है तो उसके विरुद्ध उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
• यह योजना दृष्टि आईएएस की एक स्वैच्छिक पहल है। संस्थान के पास इस योजना को सीमित/स्थगित/परिवर्तित/समाप्त करने का पूर्ण अधिकार होगा।
• किसी भी कानूनी कार्यवाही के लिये सिर्फ दिल्ली में अवस्थित समुचित न्यायालयों में आवेदन किया जा सकेगा।
